Hi everyone

I hope you are staying well and keeping your spirits up whilst this virus situation continues. Thanks to all the brave people on the medical frontline and thanks to all those wonderful people who are providing vital services keeping us all going.

One of my family has a vulnerable chest condition so we are self isolating. Thanks to the internet we are able to be in touch with friends and family to cheer each other up. We have even organized a home dinner date together on FaceTime.

Anyway please stay positive and let’s look out for each other. I’m sure that many great valuable experiences will emerge from this big challenge.
